- Enter your Iqama Number
- Enter your Date of Birth
Click “Continue”
Verify through the OTP
- System will send a SMS verification code to your registered mobile number.
- Type the same code
- Enter New Mobile Number
- Type your new phone number
- Click on Continue to Confirm
✅ Success. You have successfully updated your mobile number without login into your Qiwa account.
Method 2: Change Qiwa Mobile Number After Login
If you still have access the current mobile number and are able to login Qiwa account:
So Follow these Steps:
Login into Qiwa
Go to: Qiwa Login
Click on the Profile Icon 👤
- Select “Individual Account”
- Edit Contact Information
- Click on the “Edit” button under contact information
Verify Identity
- Enter your Iqama Number
- Absher verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number
- Enter the same code
- Then type the new mobile number
- Click on Save button
✅ Success. Your mobile number has now been updated in your Qiwa profile.
