Original Name: Al-Suqor Club
The club was founded in 1965 under the title Al-Suqor Club and retained this designation for almost 60 years.
Name Change and New Ownership
On June 6, 2023, Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman announced that the ownership of Al-Suqor Club had been handed over to NEOM as part of Saudi Arabia’s sports industry development plan.
On December 24, 2023, the club officially revealed its rebranded name: NEOM Sport Club along with a new modern logo.
