  2. Click on the “Vehicles” tab
  3. Select “Vehicles Management”
  4. Choose the vehicle under your ownership
  5. Click on “Report Lost or Stolen Plate”

🔹 On the Next Page:

  • Select “New Request”
  • Choose: “Lost” or “Stolen”
  • Fill in the required details
  • Submit the form

📌 This step helps prevent misuse of your vehicle details and is required before replacement.

❗ If your plate is only damaged (not lost), you can skip this step and go directly to Step 2.

Report the Lost or Stolen Number Plate (via Absher)

Step 2: Pay the Plate Replacement Fee

  1. Download the Al Rajhi Mobile App from:
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Tap on “Payments”
  4. Select “Government Payments”
  5. Go to “Motor Vehicles”
  6. Choose: “Re-Issue License Plate (Two Plates)”

🔹 Enter the Following:

  • Current Owner ID: Your Iqama Number
  • Vehicle Sequence Number: Found on your Istimara (10-digit number)
  • Plate Issuance Reason: Select “Lost” (or “Damaged” if applicable)
  • Logo Option: Choose:
    • Without Logo: SR 100
    • With Logo (e.g., Saudi flag): SR 800
