Free Internet Everywhere for Hajj Pilgrims
Saudi Arabia is setting up over 10,500 WiFi spots in Mecca, Medina, and important religious sites. This means pilgrims don’t have to look for internet connections during Hajj, the biggest religious event in the world.
Improving the Pilgrim Experience
Saad Al Shanbari, who speaks for the Hajj Communications team, says this plan helps make the experience better for everyone. He mentioned, “There’s no need to search for WiFi. Internet access is available for all pilgrims, everywhere.”
Strong Mobile Network Coverage
Along with free WiFi, the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) has made sure that 4G and 5G networks cover all of Mecca, Medina, and the holy sites of Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah.
Conclusion:
This year, Hajj is not only a spiritual journey but also a chance for pilgrims to stay connected easily. With free internet and strong mobile coverage, everyone can enjoy their experience without any hassle.
