LOGAR: The Saudi assistance organization KSrelief has helped 2,298 people by distributing 383 food baskets to internally displaced people, destitute families, orphans in Afghanistan, and returnees from neighboring countries.
The aid was given as part of the Food Security and Emergency Project in Afghanistan until 2026, which is the nation’s fifth food basket project.
In collaboration with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, the institute distributed dates to underprivileged families as part of its ongoing food security initiative in Jordan.
11,066 boxes of dates totaling 88.5 tonnes were distributed by field crews throughout the northern and central governorates, including Amman, Irbid, Zarqa, and Mafraq. 55,330 people, or 11,066 families, benefited from the project.
