Introduction: Check Employee Count
Employers and business owners in Saudi Arabia can now easily check the official number of employees registered under their company through the Mudad platform.
This feature helps companies monitor their employees and ensures accurate reporting for government services and labor laws.
How to Check Employee Count Through Mudad Platform
Follow these steps:
- Visit the Mudad platform.
- Login using your Iqama number and password.
- Once login, you will see your company name and the total number of registered employees.
If you don’t have Mudad Account first complete the registration > Create Mudad Account
📌 This number reflects only those workers who are:
- Saudi nationals registered with GOSI
- Expatriates working under company sponsorship

Important Note: What Is Not Included
The Mudad system does not include :
- Workers employed under outsourcing contracts
- Freelancers or consultants not directly sponsored by the company
- Workers not officially registered in the labor system
These types of employment relationships are managed separately and do not appear in the official employee count on Mudad.
Why This Matters
Knowing how many employees your company has is important for:
- Compliance with labor laws
- Applying for government services
- Renewing licenses and permits
- Managing HR and payroll systems
By using Mudad, businesses can ensure they have accurate data that aligns with official records.
