The business section of Absher processed about 2.3 million operations during the same period.
What services were people using most?
Traffic-related services were the clear winner, with nearly 3 million people using these features through the General Directorate of Traffic. This included things like renewing licenses, paying fines, and checking vehicle information.
Passport services came in second with over 2.1 million operations, while civil affairs services handled about 582,000 transactions.
Additional services included:
- 139,472 official reports were generated

The Ministry also announced that more than 28 million digital IDs have been created through Absher, making it easier and safer for people to access government services online.
The platform connects to over 500 government and private organizations through a system called NAFATH, creating a one-stop digital hub for various services.
