- Choose Unregistered Option and Enter the Owner Iqama ID
- Type Vehicle Sequence Number (الرقم التسلسلي) Displayed on the Istimara
- Click Proceed to move to the next page
- Review the details and click Confirm
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile
- Complete the payment
Steps To Renew Istimara Using Absher
Once your payment is complete, follow these steps to use the Absher app for the final renewal process:
- Open the Absher app and login with username and Password
- Click on My Vehicle from the menu
- Select the vehicle you want to renew
- Choose Renew My Vehicle Registration
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Click on Renew Vehicle Registration to complete the process

Request To Home Delivery For Istimara Card
If you want your renewed registration card delivered to your home, follow these steps:
- Click on Request Delivery Option
- Enter your Delivery Address, Mobile Number and Email
- Review and confirm delivery details
- Your delivery request will be created and you will receive a confirmation message
- Pay the delivery fee of 17 Riyals through the link sent to your mobile
- Your card will be delivered within 5 to 7 days
